Making a difference.
"Let us be grateful to the people who make us happy; they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom." – Marcel Proust
The Fountain Hills Women's Club was organized January 1974.
We are a dynamic, growing organization.
Dedicated to helping within the community.
To enrich the lives of others, primarily women in the community of Fountain Hills, by building a future where leadership flourishes, growth is limitless, and every woman’s potential strengthens the world around her.
To serve the local community by providing academic and vocational scholarships, lending financial and volunteer support to other community organizations and charitable causes, and offering informative and uplifting monthly presentations.
Promote a sense of community, sisterhood, and belonging, fostering friendship and connections among members.
- Encourage and support women in a non-judgmental and supportive way.
- Strive to always act with kindness, humanity, empathy, integrity, respect, and understanding.
Encourage members to support, present, and participate in community activities with dedication and generosity.
Strive to learn from all experiences to enhance the quality of our lives and make a difference in our communities, families, and workplaces.
Support women to reach their full potential, fostering leadership skills and encouraging personal growth through higher education, training/certification, or continuing education that build skills, enhance confidence, and promote leadership through scholarship awards.
The Fountain Hills Women's Club (FHWC) provides funding for annual scholarships. These scholarships benefit graduating seniors at the Fountain Hills High School, through the Golden Eagle Foundations, and re-entry scholarships for the benefit of women who live or work in Fountain Hills.
The FHWC main fund-raiser is our annual "Spring Fashion Show and Luncheon" to support the scholarship fund.
The FHWC remembers Suzy Ludlow for a generous contribution that has supplemented our annual fundraising event. Suzy was a member and past president at FHWC.

As a group of Fountain Hills Women,
We unite in our sisterhood,
And pledge our total commitment
For our Town's common
Good.
We will dedicate ourselves to serve where
Ever the need may be,
And support the worthwhile causes, that
May exist in our Community.
We'll share in each other's friendship,
Work together in harmony,
Encourage all women to join us,
This creed is our testimony.

EVERYONE who wishes to attend the monthly luncheons MUST contact Carol Goyena by the date specified (the Friday before the scheduled meeting) to make a reservation. This is the only method we have to ensure that the caterer prepares enough food & that we will have the correct number of tables & table decorations to accommodate everyone. Even if you have always come every month, you need to notify Carol. Several people have become lax about doing this & it is becoming a problem.
Please note there is a price increase to $30.00 for our monthly luncheon meeting.
The book club will resume on September 24, 2025 at 1:00 PM. The book is Let's Call Her Barbie by Renae Rosen. Please contact Gerrilyn Vande Hoef with any questions.
The Member Login section of the website is now active. Please log in with your password and check it out. If you do not have the password, please check with Donna Beers. The Bylaws of the club are also published under this section, as well as applications for membership.
